While there is still a lot of progress to make, the new look of the Italian Table's online presence, iltavoloitaliano.com, is finally beginning to take shape. The work has focused primarily on making the incredible content more easily accessible so that the online experience for users becomes more like the amazing learning experiences of those who attend the local classes.

For those of you who didn't have a chance to attend the Charleston group's second annual cookout on Sunday, you have no idea what you missed out on. In spite of afternoon showers, there was a full house with lots of food, fun and festivities. With a wide selection of smoked meats (ribs, pork loin, turkey breast and salmon) as well as hamburgers, hot dogs and a variety of sides brought by various members, no one went hungry. In addition, there was a delicious cake sculpted to look like the Colosseum prepared by one of the groups very own. I would go on to talk about the exciting activities at the party but I think I'm done typing this story up for now :).
